Inspired by a trip to Sicily and driven by a love for local ingredients and the Maltese way of eating, the first outlet opened in Fgura, offering freshly prepared sandwiches, salads, wraps, croissants, and coffee. The menu blends authentic Italian flavours with beloved Maltese staples – especially our fresh bread, which remains at the heart of everything we do. PANINA quickly grew thanks to its dedication to quality, generous portions, and strong community roots, leading to new locations in St. Venera, Gzira, and now Naxxar.
